X10Hosting Review : Why I Hate Them

It’s review on free hosting provider X10hosting. This domain is ranked among 10000 best websites around the world. Its also ranked as one of the best free hosting provider which provides premium hosting services for free, and their are no ads on your blog or website too. This service has been online since 2005 and have hosted more than million blogs, and currently they also provide premium and vps hoting services.

But according to me :

If you want to waste your time and your hard work then its for you .

( I am not insulting any company, nor I am saying its worst.. Just my experience over their )

I have hosted more than 3 accounts their, one free and two prime hosting. Oh sorry let me tell you, beside proving premium hosting that’s x10premium, they also give two upgradable packages for free hosting and they are.. PRIME AND ILLUMINATED.

So the question is why I hate them.

And the answer is because of their downtime and world’s worst support forum. Their are some support requests which are not responded even for week. And if you ever ask for reason, they will say, their forum is supported by free contributors from all across the world.

Now tell me, a company which is in hosting flied since last 10 years doesn’t have any paid staff member to respond to the problems of their clients. Will you really call it a company.

I promise that in a month your blog will be suspended for more than 10 days, 5 days for something suspension ( something : resource limit…… ) and if you open support tickets what you will get is no reply or if you get reply it will be said, that they are looking into the problem. Just go ahead and register to their forum and you will see that more than half of the forum are posted with just complains, requests, and bla bla bla..

If you have prime hosting ( if you have paid for it ) then you will get access to prime forum, its just a new category in the same forum. The link is http://x10hosting.com/forums/. Over there you will see that more than 60 % complains are just from one person, username is legionbl and its me. HI..Hi..HI..

So you must be thinking that these problems must have arrived in free hosting only, just just go ahead and try to see the premium hosting testimonials, they have two testimonials only .. one from weeklyfreeware and second from mickalecource.
