If you use them with cloudflare and any of the cache plugin, then you cache files will be reduced further. This plugin is best to reduce the server requests for javascript files. Use wp-minify and it will help you further to server your files even more faster.
5 ) WP-Smush.it : Images are the major cause to increase the page load. But yahoo’s smush.it can help you. Its the service provided by yahoo corporation. This service helps you to decrease the size of you image without compromising with its size and appearance. You have to just install the plugin and you have to get the API. Once done, you just have to start this service and it will upload the files from your server to yahoo and then will replace it with original image file. Remember that your GIF may be converted to PNG format. Smush.it actually removes all the metadata from the image, removes the unused colors from indexed images, compress JPEG to better level. You can also look into modifying the htaccess to speed wordpress up even further, even if WCTotal cache, WP-Minify and other plugins are used.
